My Mission

Hi, my name is Ella. I’m 17 and have been struggling with my mental health for the past 7 years. Over that time, I’ve learned a lot about myself and mental health in general, by working closely with my psychiatrist and psychologist who are based in Zurich. Furthermore I’ve worked for two mental health startups.

I DO NOT SUBSTITUTE A THERAPIST OR ANY OTHER PROFESSIONALS, but I would love to offer a teenage perspective based on my own experience.
